Yeti Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire Mystery Ranch, the designer and manufacturer of load-bearing backpacks, bags, and pack accessories serving the outdoor, hunting, tactical, and military markets.
Terms of the pending transaction were not disclosed.
For reference, this marks the second brand that Mystery Ranch co-founder Dana Gleason has sold. He was also the man behind Dana Designs, which he sold to K2.
