Biologist says Battenkill is continuing to improve. Lee Simard, a fisheries biologist with the Vermont Department of Fish & Wildlife, told members of the Battenkill Watershed Alliance that ongoing habitat enhancement efforts continue to improve conditions in Vermont’s most famous trout river.
