Just a kid when I watched the Joni Mitchell gig linked below “live” and as it happened on the British BBC2 TV channel. For me, her message was noted, even back then, and has gone ever-deeper in the years since.

Meanwhile, in an increasingly “fashionable” part of New Zealand, a very decent couple make sure that the international megamoney (and its attendant super-smiley agents, parasitical property developers, realtors, boutique owners, beauticians, hairdressers etc) can’t get its hands on their piece of land.
