The ides of September is upon us. There isn’t the remotest possibility there is going to be any significant number of Skeena steelhead show up and begin to dig out of the conservation pit those fish are in. The numbers spoke for themselves a month ago. Let’s revisit some of them to illustrate what government intransigence looks like.
