One to read after taking a look at the Andy Anderson photos feature yesterday.
Overnight, after writing my comment about photography as it was once done, I was reminded of what happened here two early springs ago when I was sorting through a large plastic storage box of ancillary fishing clothing – fleeces, beanies, thermal underwear and the like – that I had got out of a large cupboard for the first time in at least 5 years.
Amongst all the stuff were a number of thick, rolled-up fishing / walking socks. I sorted through them, as an angler really can’t have enough socks. One rolled-up pair felt strangely solid and heavy, though….
An end- and-front-capped 28mm wide-angle Pentax lens that I had last seen probably back in the very early 2000s, no less. A nice one, too.
