Under the leadership of Trump loving Gov. Mike Dunleavy, the State of Alaska is actively seeking support from the United States Supreme Court to overturn the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) decision to block the controversial mining project.
However, Alaska’s legal representation to champion its cause in the Supreme Court does not hold a contract for this specific purpose.
