Louisville, CO – For a decade now, Umpqua has hosted the fly fishing industry’s biggest and best party—Beer, Bugs, and Brats. This industry-exclusive party has been called “The Sturgis” of the fly fishing industry and has only been open to fly fishing industry professionals, dealers, and professional guides. To celebrate the 10th Anniversary, for the first time ever, the Umpqua Beer, Bugs, and Brats is going on the road and is open to all fly fishing enthusiasts.
Starting on May 19th, the BBB Summer Road Trip will visit select dealers across the country, bringing BBB’s fun and excitement to anyone with a passion for fly fishing. The first three stops of the tour include TCO Fly Shop in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, on May 19th; TCO Fly Shop in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, on May 20th; and Ole Florida Fly Shop in Miami, Florida, on June 3rd.
Each event will feature a mouth-watering Traeger-smoked BBQ, a boatload of cold drinks, giveaway prizes, and exclusive day-of promotions. The goal is to create a great experience for those who attend and share some of the fun we’ve had for the past 10 years.
“We’re excited to celebrate the 10th anniversary of BBB by taking the show on the road,” said Russell Miller, Director of Marketing. “We’ve been thrilled with the response from our dealers and the angling community, and we’re looking forward to creating some great memories on the BBB Summer Road Trip.”
The BBB Summer Road Trip will cover over 3,000 miles, including stops at top fly shops and outfitters nationwide.
