The Wind River Reservation encompasses 2.2 million acres, including a full complement of fish and wildlife in the Northern Rockies. The project underway here with Indifly –a non-profit organization that empowers indigenous communities to protect their resources through fly fishing eco-tourism –asks the question: Can fly fishing tourism on the reservation’s pristine rivers be a positive agent for generational change?
