In the middle of another heatwave in the Pacific Northwest, the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife shocked coldwater-fishery advocates by lifting Hoot Owl regulations on the Deschutes River between its mouth and Sherars Falls. Join us in standing up for wild steelhead by asking ODFW to reinstate Hoot Owl regulations, calling for the implementation of Climate and Ocean Change Policy in the Deschutes Basin and statewide.
