Fished some of those heavily Antarctic beeched and beavered southern streams. I have caught SALTWATER sea-trout on fly from both sides (Argentina & Chile) of the Beagle Channel , too (not huge by local TDF standards – to around 7 pounds).
But look at what is happening to the lovely, “Uttermost Part of The Earth” Channel now – more salmon farming, which, thankfully is being opposed by both countries, including a group in Ushuaia featured above.
