The coalition of groups that wishes to dismantle the Magnuson / Stevens act likes to point to the recovery of striped bass as an example of how states could better manage our marine fisheries.

You can’t even spell Magnuson, and you obviously have no idea what the “coalition of groups” is working for. It’s sure not to dismantle the Magnuson Stevens Fisheries Conservation Act, it’s to make it work for recreational fisheries.
