The 2016 SHIFT Festival runs from October 13-15, in Jackson, WY. Its theme, “Outdoor Rec & Our Public Lands,” reflects its focus on three main topics: the public land transfer movement; funding for public lands; and next-generation engagement and cultural relevancy.
